As in all ancient farms, numerous types of organic vegetables are grown in the different seasons. In winter: pumpkins, broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes, onions, potatoes, carrots; in summer: zucchini, melenzane, peppers, chilli, tomatoes (used for salad and sauce), melons.
At the end of August, with riped tomatoes, hundreds of bottles of tomato puree are packaged to be used throughout the winter.
